Music Therapy
According to the British Association for Music Therapy, music can be a beneficial tool for those on the autistic spectrum. It soothes anxiety and calms the mind and also helps us to express ourselves.

North Yorkshire Music Therapy Centre is an organisation who helps thousands of people, of all ages, with disabilities through the power of music.
Some people with autism like to use music as a stimming technique, or stim along to the music. Autistt's Spotify playlist is filled with music which aims to help soothe, and assist with clearing the mind.
